Is there a steep learning curve to get started with DocInsights?
We pride ourselves in how easy-to-use our application is. It leverages off the known building blocks of public cloud storage, and Adobe, adding custom machine learning tools to enhance the effectiveness, but never to complicate the process.
Will DocInsight disrupt my workflow?
Not at all - we take that approach that our solution must integrate with your existing workflow.
What integrations are enabled?
We integrate with any existing legacy software or cloud storage under the Enterprise Plan. For the Subscription Plan, we offer out of the box integration with all the public cloud storage big players (eg. Google Drive, Dropbox and One Drive).
The data I work with is highly confidential. How do I know this is safe to use?
We are fully compliant with the POPI Act in South Africa, and have implemented all the best practice security standards on the Google Cloud Platform we use. Our business is focused on serving our clients. Treating data responsibly and securely forms part of that and is an utmost priority.
Do you share/sell my data to 3rd parties?
Never.
If I book a demo, am I obligated to sign up?
Not at all.
How can I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel at any time. Please send a notice to cancel via email to accounts@docinsights.co.za.
